Managing the Customer Control Panel

Find out how the Customer Control Panel (CCP) works and what to do if you forget your password or your email address.

1. Logging In to the Customer Control Panel (CCP)

  1. To log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP) for the first time, use the login details you received by email.
  2. After the first login, you should change the original password to one that only you know. To do so, click Master Data in the menu bar.
  3. For best security practices, choose a passphrase that is long and unique. It should use both capital and lowercase letters, include numbers and symbols and not be used for anything other than the CCP.
