Storage of Log Files
Learn how log files are stored.
Please also note our privacy policy. There you will find further detailed information and the legal basis for the collection and deletion of data on our websites and systems.
1. How Long Are Log Files Stored?
The storage duration of log files containing personal data depends on the contracted product and legal requirements. Additionally, for many products, we provide customers with the option to determine if and how long log files are stored. In the event of an attack, we reserve the right to automatically collect log files to defend against the attack. These data are retained for a maximum of 14 days.
