Canceling a Contract
Learn how to cancel your contract.
The process described here applies to almost all products. Domains are an exception, for which a separate termination process is explained in this article.
1. Logging In to the Customer Control Panel (CCP)
- Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
- Go to the Products menu item.
2. Selecting Your Product
- Search for the product whose contract you want to cancel.
- Click the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the product name.
- Go to the Cancellation tab.
3. Canceling Your Contract
- The information next to Enter Cancellation shows the date on which the termination will be completed.
- Click Cancel product to start the cancellation for the respective contract.
- Confirm the cancellation by entering OK in the confirmation field.
- Click Cancel product to cancel the contract.
