Canceling a Contract

Learn how to cancel your contract.

The process described here applies to almost all products. Domains are an exception, for which a separate termination process is explained in this article.

1. Logging In to the Customer Control Panel (CCP)

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  2. Go to the Products menu item. 

2. Selecting Your Product

  1. Search for the product whose contract you want to cancel.
  2. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the product name.
  3. Go to the Cancellation tab.
     

3. Canceling Your Contract

  1. The information next to Enter Cancellation shows the date on which the termination will be completed.
  2. Click Cancel product to start the cancellation for the respective contract.
  3. Confirm the cancellation by entering OK in the confirmation field.
  4. Click Cancel product to cancel the contract.
