Sharing Calendars, Address Books, and Folders

Learn how to share your calendars, address books, and folders with others.

1. Share Calendars

  1. Log in to the SOGo web interface.
  2. Switch to the Calendar.

  1. Click the Three-Dot Icon next to the desired calendar.
  2. Click Sharing.
"Sharing" button under the three-dot menu.
  1. In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

  1. You can now edit this user’s individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.
Save settings.

2. Share Address Books

  1. Log in to the SOGo web interface.
  2. Switch to the Address Book.

  1. Click the Three-Dot Icon next to the desired address book.
  2. Click Sharing.

  1. In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

  1. You can now edit this user’s individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.
Save settings.

3. Share Mailbox Folders

  1. Log in to the SOGo web interface.
  2. Click the Three-Dot-Icon next to the desired folder.

  1. Click Sharing.

  1. In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

  1. You can now edit this user’s individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.
Save settings.
