Learn how to manage your invoices.

1. Viewing Invoices

On the Invoices page, you can see an overview of your invoices, their current status, and the amount you need to pay.

Under Search, you can search for a specific invoice number. You can also sort by time period and change the number of entries displayed per page.

Under Result, you will see a list of your invoices, filtered according to the settings you have specified in the Search section.

2. Viewing Credit Notes

Under Result, you can also see any open credit notes.

Business Customers

Registered business customers can have their affiliate program credits paid out by clicking the Banknote Icon. These can also be used to settle future invoices. Outstanding credits from refunds can also be paid out by clicking the Banknote Icon.

Private Customers

Private customers can only use credits received from the affiliate program to settle future invoices. Outstanding credits from refunds can also be paid out by clicking the Banknote Icon.

Please settle any outstanding invoices before initiating a payout.

3. E-Invoices

PDF-invoices also contain e-invoices in ZUGFeRD format. For more information on e-invoicing, visit the website of the German government:

What does this mean for me?

I am using e-invoicing:

Thanks to the ZUGFeRD format, you can import the electronic invoice data directly into your accounting system and process it efficiently.

I am not using e-invoicing:
