Changing Account Name

Learn how to change your account name.

1. Selecting the Instance

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  2. Go to the SOGo Groupware menu item.
  3. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon next to the SOGo instance whose name you want to change.

2. Changing the Name

  1. Go to the Mailboxes tab.
  2. Find the address whose name you want to change.
  3. Click on the Edit Icon to the left of the mailbox.
  4. Enter the new name under Owner.
Change name.

3. Success

  1. Click Ok.
  2. You have now changed the name of the selected address.
