Creating and Linking a Forum Account

Learn how to create a user in the netcup forum and link it to your customer account.

1. Creating a Forum User

  1. Open the forum at: https://forum.netcup.de/?l=2
  2. In the top right corner, click Login or register.
  3. Click Register yourself.
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking Accept.
  5. You will then be taken to the registration page where you must enter your username, email address, and password.
  6. Enter the information and click Submit.
  7. You will then receive an email that you need to confirm to complete the activation process.

2. Linking It With Your Customer Account

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  2. In the Overview tab, go to the Log in to other panels field.
  3. Enter your forum username and forum password.
  4. Click on Link CCP account with Forum account.
  5. Once you have logged in successfully, you can use the forum without restrictions. Successfully linking your accounts also allows you to benefit from the single sign-on feature, which enables you to log in to the forum directly without entering your username and password.
