Creating and Linking a Forum Account
Learn how to create a user in the netcup forum and link it to your customer account.
1. Creating a Forum User
- Open the forum at: https://forum.netcup.de/?l=2
- In the top right corner, click Login or register.
- Click Register yourself.
- Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking Accept.
- You will then be taken to the registration page where you must enter your username, email address, and password.
- Enter the information and click Submit.
- You will then receive an email that you need to confirm to complete the activation process.
2. Linking It With Your Customer Account
- Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
- In the Overview tab, go to the Log in to other panels field.
- Enter your forum username and forum password.
- Click on Link CCP account with Forum account.
- Once you have logged in successfully, you can use the forum without restrictions. Successfully linking your accounts also allows you to benefit from the single sign-on feature, which enables you to log in to the forum directly without entering your username and password.
