Find out what you can do if you have email problems.
Despite our best efforts, emails may sometimes fail to be delivered properly. To resolve such situations, we rely on email header data to investigate the underlying cause.
1. Email Header
If an E-Mail sent by you is affected by an issue, please contact the recipient and request the header information from them. The header contains technical information from the involved mail servers and thus allows us to easily pinpoint the root cause of any issue.

2. Contacting Support
Once you have received the header information, please contact Customer Support. Include the specific issue encountered, the header information, the SOGo product name and any further information you have. We will try to address your issue as quickly as possible.
