When switching to a new email provider, existing data such as emails and folder structures must be transferred.

Mailsync is a tool for synchronizing email accounts. It allows you to transfer content from an existing account to another server, for example, when switching providers. During the process, emails and folders are synchronized and copied without creating duplicate items.

Note that this tool is not suitable for synchronization between two IMAP servers where changes are made simultaneously on both sides.

1. Open the netcup Mailsync Tool: https://mailsync.netcup.net/
2. Enter the login details for your source inbox under IMAP source mailbox.
3. Enter the login details for your destination inbox under IMAP target mailbox.
4. Click sync or resync.
5. Your mailbox will be synchronized.
