The Time To Live (TTL) determines how long old DNS records remain valid. You can adjust this flexibly. However, not all nameservers take this into account. It can therefore take up to 48 hours for your DNS to be distributed worldwide.
Custom presets are not currently supported. However, you can reset the DNS of a web hosting plan here if the domain is assigned to web hosting.
You can only change the priority of a DNS record for the MX and SRV types. An MX record specifies which mail server receives emails for a domain. The priority determines the order: the lower the value, the more preferred the server is. An SRV record is used for certain services (e.g., VoIP or other network services). Here, too, the priority determines which server is contacted first. No priority is specified for other DNS types such as A, CNAME, or TXT, as these do not require a service order or failover logic.
