No, that is not possible. Only one payment method can be selected at a time.
Credit notes are always refunded to the payment method used to pay the original invoice, provided there are no outstanding invoices. If you paid by bank transfer or SEPA Direct Debit, you can arrange for the credit to be paid out by clicking the Banknote Symbol. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, please contact Customer Support.
Currently, there are no plans to add additional providers or payment methods. However, you are welcome to send us your requests using the contact form.
Automatic payment via PayPal is not possible. However, we are continuously expanding our services. You can send us your requests via the contact form.
If paying by bank transfer, please enter both invoice numbers (credit note and invoice) in the reference field. Then please check that the payment has been posted correctly. If you use a different payment method, please contact Customer Support.
