Through our affiliate program, you can earn a commission by referring new customers. You will receive a bonus for every new customer who redeems a voucher you generated. In turn, the new customer receives a discount on their order.

As long as you and the referred person are both netcup customers, you will receive 10% of the revenue this person generates for netcup. This income represents a commission that will be credited to your invoices.

Advertise using vouchers or links that prospective customers can redeem when placing their first order. These codes are unique, allowing the new customer to be assigned to their referrer in the affiliate program. The commission is allocated automatically as soon as the referred customer pays their invoice.

1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
2. Select the menu item Affiliate Program.
3. Read the terms and conditions, then accept them by checking the box.
4. Click Sign in.

The Affiliate Program menu allows you to track referred customer status, generate vouchers, and pay out commission.

Clicking on the Advertising Materials tab will take you to our collection of online materials, such as banners, logos, and templates, that you can add to your website. Please read the installation instructions and terms of use carefully.

In the Vouchers section, you can create new vouchers and view vouchers that have already been issued, along with their status.

1. Go to the Vouchers tab.
2. Next to Type of vouchers, select the type of voucher you want to create.
3. You can choose between one-time discounts and monthly price reductions.
4. Enter the number of vouchers you want to issue.
5. The voucher code will then appear in the list below.
6. Add it to your website or share it with potential customers.

However, we recommend using vouchers because this is the best way to ensure you benefit from referred customers. Note that script or cookie blockers may prevent the browser from assigning the referral.

In the Account statement tab, you can see your total earnings from acquired customers in the Total section. Commission is not paid out automatically.

As a private customer, please note that you can only use the credit you have received from the partner program to pay outstanding invoices.

Registered business customers can also have the credit paid out by clicking on the Banknote Icon.

1. Click on Pay commission to submit a payout request.
2. The commissions will be added to the queue and offset against the next regular invoice.
3. Please note that this credit cannot be used for invoices that have already been issued and that only one complete item can be offset at a time.

Registration and participation in the affiliate program are free of charge. Both customers of netcup GmbH and external affiliates can participate. The latter must be able to pay VAT.

The affiliate program can be used to recruit new customers for netcup GmbH. The referrer of a new customer automatically receives a 10% share of the revenue that the referred customer generates for netcup GmbH. This revenue constitutes a commission that is credited to the referrer’s own invoices.

The referred customers are assigned to the referrer via a link in the form https://www.netcup.com/en?ref=YOURCUSTOMERNUMBER or vouchers.

The advertiser can recruit customers via vouchers. For this purpose, the advertiser can create codes in the affiliate program, which the prospective customer can redeem when placing their first order. These codes are unique, so that the new customer can be assigned to his advertiser in the affiliate program.

The commission is allocated automatically as soon as the referred customer pays their invoice.

The advertiser can view all final invoice amounts for their referred customers online and individually determine when their commissions are settled. If the recruiter’s commission is higher than the final amount of their invoice, the difference can only be paid to the recruiter if they are registered as a company with netcup GmbH. In this case, the excess commission for end users will be forfeited.

The referrer will receive a share of the revenue generated by the referred customer as long as both customers remain with netcup GmbH.
