No, it is not possible to upgrade existing products or contracts for promotions.

For certain products purchased at regular prices through our website, an upgrade within the same product group and generation is possible.

However, upgrades for products purchased during a promotion are unfortunately not possible. If you later realize that your chosen plan does not meet your needs, you can cancel the plan as usual and order a new one directly through our website.

If you are ordering from netcup for the first time, your identity must first be verified and confirmed. The calculation of the discount for Root Servers and VPS ARM during promotions is based on the regular price of the tariffs with a minimum contract term of one month. Typically, the location and tariff surcharge are waived during promotions, resulting in a corresponding price advantage. For VPS (x86), the location surcharge is usually waived as well. Please note that the promotional prices and offers may vary from one promotion to another.

Flash deals are additional, attractive offers that are only available for a short time. There might be one or at most two additional flash deals per promotional event. The exact duration may vary but is usually between 1 and 2 hours. You can identify a flash deal by the special lightning icon.
