The following products are affected by the current adjustment:

The price adjustment is based on a mixed calculation that focuses on keeping prices as low as possible, especially for our existing customers.
- Prices for existing hosting contracts will increase by 18.51%, effective at the start of the next billing period from May 1, 2026.
- Prices for new orders from March 19 owards will increase by 24.33%.
- Prices for the add-on products Storage Space and Local Block Storage will increase uniformly by 21.52% on 01.05.2026, for both existing hosting contracts and new orders.
Existing contracts will be adjusted starting 01.05.2026. The updated prices will apply at the beginning of the next billing period, but no earlier that 01.05.2026. Existing customers will receive an email about this from 19.03.2026 onwards.
The prices for new orders will be adjusted on 19.03.2026.
The decision to proceed with the price adjustment was not an easy one, and we understand if you do not agree with it. However, we want to continue offering our products in the consistently high quality and at a fair, market-appropriate price-to-performance ratio, and have therefore decided to make this adjustment.
If you wish to terminate your contract due to the price adjustment, you can make use of your special right of termination by providing your token and customer number. Starting 19.03.2026, you will receive one email per product category, which will contain a link to the special termination form. This is valid for up to three months from receipt of the email.
You can exercise your special right of termination for up to three months after receiving the notification email. After submitting the special termination, you will receive a confirmation before the termination is carried out.
If the special termination is carried out, the product will be terminated before the start of the next billing period (i.e. before the actual price adjustment takes effect).
If the special termination is received after the actual price adjustment has taken effect, no notice period applies and your contract will be terminated with immediate effect. It is therefore essential that you back up your data in good time before the contract ends.
Note: If you terminate your hosting product, the termination will also affect all additional products associated with the aforementioned product (e.g. Local Block Storage or Storage Space).
Cancellation outside the three-month special termination period is possible as usual via the Customer Control Panel (CCP). In this case, the standard notice period applies.
The percentage price increase applies only to the price of the base product. This means that the price for the IPv4 address, which has been available as an add-on when purchasing new VPS or root server products since December 2025, remains at €0.50 net/month.
