Cancellation policy

You may withdraw your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reason by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, email). The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you for the withdrawn contract, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Insofar as you have received goods under the contract, you must return or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days in the event of withdrawal. If a received item cannot be returned in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss of value to that extent.

For domain registrations, the consumer acknowledges that this constitutes a product selected according to the individual personal needs of the customer and that the contract has already been fulfilled upon completion of the domain registration. Accordingly, there is no right of withdrawal in this regard, and the fee agreed for the first year must be paid in any case. The statutory right of cancellation applies only to the agreement concerning the maintenance/provision of the domain.

In the event of a withdrawal concerning hosting, server, or other technical services, a withdrawal technically results in the loss of all data, content, configurations, settings, installations, and other information that you stored, set up, or introduced on the product prior to the withdrawal. You are therefore strongly advised to back up all relevant data before sending us your withdrawal.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Business customers have no right of withdrawal, as the law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts only to consumers, not to entrepreneurs.
