As long as the national team is still in the running at the World Cup, the corresponding domain remains available as a deal.
The .eu domain will remain on offer for the entire promotional period. The final of the World Cup is also the end of the promotion - namely on 19.07.2026.

No, the promotion is only valid for new domain registrations. Existing contracts cannot be converted to a promotional product or promotional pricing.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The offers are limited in time and the products are no longer available at the promotional price after the promotion expires. However, netcup runs promotions and new offers on a regular basis. So feel free to come back at a later date or take a look at our regular products such as web hosting, domains or server products, which also convince with an attractive price-performance ratio outside of promotions.

Yes, this is possible. In the Customer Control Panel, under "Vouchers", you can create new vouchers as well as view previously issued vouchers and their current status. You can find instructions on how to create vouchers here.
The good news is that you will not incur any additional costs. Simply order a different domain instead.

No, a domain name cannot be changed after registration. Each domain is an individual product with a fixed name.
