The Advent calendar contains a total of 24 doors. Behind each of these doors are exciting offers and surprises. Every day at 8 a.m. (CET) a new door is activated, which remains available for 24 hours. Click on the active, flashing door to open it and take advantage of the deal behind it.
Each door is always available from 8 a.m. on the day in question until 8 a.m. the next day. During this time, it can be opened to access the offer behind it. After this time, the deal is no longer available and it is no longer possible to place an order.
Example: Door no. 3 can be opened from 8 a.m. on December 3 up to and including 8 a.m. on December 4. The promotional product must be purchased within this time window.
It is not possible to upgrade existing products or contracts for some promotions.
Hidden behind the doors of the Advent calendar are discounts and special editions from various product categories. In addition, on some days you can also discover special products that are not usually available in the range, such as merchandise.
Each door is available for 24 hours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase a promotional product outside of this time window.
However, we offer promotions with different, attractive deals every month. It is therefore best to follow us on the channels listed so that you don't miss any promotions.
As is also the case with classic Advent calendars, it is not a good idea to look behind the doors in advance. So you won't find out which deal is behind which number until 8 a.m. on the day in question.
Usually the promotional products are not limited in quantity. However, it can happen that there is an overall limit for certain products. In this case, we will indicate this on the respective product page.
Vouchers can also be redeemed for promotional products, but not for domains, groupware, SSL certificates or merchandise. It is not possible to combine several vouchers. Please also note any information on the respective product page.
No, the best price guarantee does not apply to promotions. However, the satisfaction guarantee is valid for promotions on web hosting and root server products.
No, the price of the promotion is permanently valid. There is an exception for necessary general price increases in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
