You consider yourself a people manager with a hands-on mentality? In addition to your passion for developing high-quality services, you enjoy leading and developing teams? You understand Kubernetes as a platform for infrastructure automation? Then you've come to the right place!

#PROFILE

As Team Lead Kubernetes, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of six employees, all of whom work remotely. In the role of a People Manager, you are coaching and motivating your team members, ensuring their continuous personal and professional development within our internal company guidelines and processes and organize teambuilding measures. Aside from that, you are contributing to the expansion of your department in close coordination with the Director Service Development.

On the technical side of things, your input to the development of our managed Kubernetes service will be necessary. In our team, we are developing a Kubernetes-as-a-service platform to provide Anexia customers with various Kubernetes clusters. We take care of their development, management and operation. Among other things, CI/CD pipelines (mainly Gitlab) with a GitOps workflow based on Flux are used. On a technical level, you will not only work on the further development of our Managed Kubernetes service, but will also primarily write Kubernetes controllers, which we use, for example, to automatically operate control plans of customer clusters in Kubernetes and also come into contact with operations.

#WANTED

Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL)
Leadership experience, ideally both disciplinary and technical, as well as in a comparable corporate environment
Experience with Go and Kubernetes
Linux knowledge and understanding of the interaction between networks, server applications, and distributed systems
Experience with Terraform and Ansible is desirable
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
