Senior Python Software Engineer - Bare Metal (m/f/d)

You have the claim and the will to constantly expand your knowledge and familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks. You already have experience in developing interconnected services, see complex problems as a challenge, and enjoy finding solutions. #PROFILE

As a senior software engineer you take on an active role in the development of our Bare Metal solution. Your excellent development skills help us ship a high-quality service and you contribute to the development of your team members. You become a central part of our engineering team and building the next generation of Bare Metal automation solutions. You will take on technical ownership of parts of the Bare Metal stack and help other team members grow. On a typical working day you will implement features and improvements independently, debug issues and support other teams using the stack, provide your insights in code reviews and conduct technical planning supporting the technical leadership.

#WANTED

You have experience in developing interconnected service
Good working skills in Python software development
Skills in implementation of REST APIs
Experience in automated software deployments, Ansible skills are a plus
Understanding of bare metal technology
Strong knowledge of GNU/Linux and a deep understanding of the interaction of operating system, system services and network
