Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the marketing team, exciting tasks in the operational, as well as strategic marketing environment await you. This area includes diverse campaigns and projects, which you independently accompany from project start to completion.

#PROFILE

As a Marketing Manager in the Anexia Group, you are responsible for operational marketing activities in the B2B (Anexia) and B2C (netcup) sectors. This includes planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing measures aimed at acquiring new customers. Together with the team, you continuously work on the marketing strategy, develop new marketing concepts adapted to the market situation, and devise targeted advertising campaigns.

For the successful implementation of campaigns, you collaborate closely with various departments within the company such as content, social media, graphic design, and communications. Additionally, you have several software developers at your disposal for your marketing projects (so your creativity knows no limits!).

Tasks:

Implementation of operational marketing activities (B2B and B2C) according to the marketing plan
Conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of a variety of campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers
Analysis, evaluation, and reporting of implemented marketing measures
Development of targeted advertising campaigns based on the current market situation
Ongoing development of the marketing strategy and creation of new, market-oriented marketing concepts

#WANTED

3 years of professional experience as a Marketing Manager or similar position
Proven track record in marketing in the tech industry
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education is advantageous
Team player, high self-motivation, as well as a solution-oriented and proactive work style
You speak the language of the tech audience and master communication through channels that this target group uses
Very good German and English language skills in speaking and writing
