Renewing a SSL Certificate
Learn how to renew your SSL certificate in the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
netcup will contact you in advance informing you that a renewal is required.
This only applies for certain certificates, such as Wildcard-LE.
To ensure continued safe use, our customers have to manually renew their certificates on a regular basis.
1. Opening the Customer Control Panel (CCP)
- Log in to your Customer Control Panel (CCP).
- Go to the Certificates menu item.
- Look for the certificate you want to renew. You can identify the specific certificate using the domain name.
2. Renewing the Certificate
The renewal process may take up to 24h to complete.
For certificates that need to be renewed, a Renewal button is displayed to the right of the domain. Click this button to renew your certificate:
