The exact duration may vary but is usually between 2 and 4 hours. You can identify a Flash Deal by the special lightning icon. No, it is not possible to upgrade existing products or contracts for promotions.

For certain products purchased at regular prices through our website, an upgrade within the same product group and generation is possible.

However, upgrades for products purchased during a promotion are unfortunately not possible. If you later realize that your chosen plan does not meet your needs, you can cancel the plan as usual and order a new one directly through our website.

If you are ordering from netcup for the first time, your identity must first be verified and confirmed.
